- Own analytics supporting the rollout and operation of the ePoints program across Ukraine’s Security and Defence Forces; built custom end-to-end order analytics for operational reporting and decision-making.
- Designed and implemented the UAV / UGV product effectiveness dashboard in the manufacturer workspace, translating reporting needs into an analytics solution and onboarding manufacturers to use it.
- Designed and implemented internal data workflows connecting automated collection with Playwright, PostgreSQL, and reporting in Google Sheets, reducing repetitive processing and making reporting faster and more repeatable.
- Built executive dashboards in Looker Studio and DELTA, translating operational data into decision-ready reporting for ministers and senior government stakeholders.
- Use GA4 for product and marketplace analytics, analysing user behaviour and engagement to inform operational metrics.
- Supervised two interns and onboarded two colleagues, sharing analytics workflows and helping them use the team’s tools.
- Contribute as an independent data expert to projects in the Ukrainian Startup Fund and Brave1 ecosystem.
